Air for speed, sea for volume. Priced by weight or size and quoted openly. You choose the trade-off.

Minimum service fee: AED 30
The service fee is 7.5% of product value, subject to an AED 30 minimum. The minimum applies through AED 400; above AED 400, the 7.5% calculation applies. Market Visit charges are separate.

Connected services only.
Enter the destination and packed parcel details once. The tool checks services that are actually connected and returns a rate only when a provider supplies a complete current result. Otherwise Judy verifies the route manually.
Product links and details are captured for measurement review.
Full parcel dimensions, destination and product value are required for a factual carrier request.
FX and final packed measurements remain separate verification steps.
Import Fees: Customs duties, taxes and other import fees, if applicable, are determined at destination and are the recipient's responsibility.

Important terms: The Market Review charge excludes products and the separate 7.5% purchasing service fee. A different market or a separate return visit requires a new approved visit. The visit fee becomes non-refundable once the visit starts.

The quote separates the listed product price from Judy’s service fee and every other stated cost component. The service fee is the higher of AED 30 or 7.5% of product value. It is not a fixed AED 30 fee. Any approved Market Visit is itemised separately.
