Judy Ships It is run by one person. Your information is used to fulfil your order and nothing more — no reselling, no ad networks. Here it is in plain language.

What we collect

Only what an order needs

Your name, WhatsApp number, delivery city and country, the items you ask Judy to source, and payment confirmation. If you use the on-site order list, it’s stored in your own browser (localStorage) — not on a server — until you send it to Judy.

How we use it

To source, quote, ship and update you

Details are used to prepare your quote, buy and photograph your items, arrange freight and customs, and keep you updated on WhatsApp. Judy’s operations records (the ops system) hold your order so nothing falls through — and photo proof is shared with you for approval before shipping.

Who it’s shared with

Only to get your parcel to you

Licensed freight, customs and last-mile partners receive the minimum needed to ship and clear your parcel (name, destination, declared value, contents for customs). Payment is made directly to Judy via M-Pesa, Airtel Money, PesaLink or bank transfer. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone, ever.

Amana & the website

Guidance chats and basic analytics

Messages you send to Amana (Judy’s AI assistant) are processed to answer your question and are not used to identify you. The site may detect your country to show prices in your currency; that lookup isn’t stored beyond your session.

Your control

Ask, and it’s done

You can ask Judy what’s held about you, correct it, or have your details removed after an order is complete and any dispute window has closed. Message the number below and Judy handles it personally.
