Returns & disputes

If it’s not right,
Judy makes it right.

Because you approve a photo of the real item before it ships, surprises are rare. When something does go wrong, here’s exactly what happens — in plain language.

48h
Report window

Message Judy within 48 hours of delivery with your JSI order number and clear photos. She responds within 24 hours, Mon–Sat.

Wrong or damaged

If Judy sent the wrong item, or it arrived damaged or faulty out of the box, she makes it right — replacement, re-source, or refund of the item value.

Change of mind

Because Judy buys the exact item you approved, change-of-mind returns can’t be accepted once purchased — the same as buying it in-store yourself.

What’s covered

Made right, no argument.

These are on Judy — reported within 48 hours with photos, she resolves them at no fault to you:

Wrong item, wrong model, wrong size or colour versus what you approved.
Item damaged, broken or faulty on arrival (dead-on-arrival electronics, breakage in transit covered by the freight partner’s terms).
Missing item from a confirmed, paid order.
A counterfeit concern — Judy buys only from genuine UAE retailers and shares the receipt.
What isn’t covered

Honest limits.

So there are no false expectations — these sit outside the policy:

Change of mind after purchase, or “it looked different online” — you approve a real photo first.
Manufacturer warranty claims that arise later — Judy shares the receipt so you can claim UAE/global warranty directly.
Government duties, taxes and customs charges — these are pass-through costs, not Judy’s fee.
Delays caused by customs or the courier once a shipment has left the UAE.
