Delivery first
The request is tied to one delivered order. Judy does not ask for public praise before fulfilment is complete.
After confirmed delivery
A real order.
One honest review.
Judy requests a review only after an order is recorded as delivered. A review stays private unless the client gives publication consent and Judy approves the public version.
